Ziziphus jujubas, Rhizoma chuanxiong, Rhizoma polygonati odorati, Radix angelicae sinensis, Fructus piperis, Radix codonopsis, Fructus anisi stellati, Pericarpium citri reticulatae, Cortex cinnamomi.

Cooking & Preparation
After boiling 2 liters of water, add in Yew Chian Haw White Bak Kut Teh ingredients and boil. Then add in 3-5 cloves of garlic with skin and 500gm - 1kg of meat (any type). Reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Add a little salt and pepper to enhance the taste of the soup. For those who prefer pepperish BKT, more pepper will be ideal.
