Cooking & Preparation
After boiling 2 liters of water, add in Yew Chian Haw Bak Kut Teh ingredients and boil. Then add in 3-5 cloves of garlic with skin and 500gm of meat. Reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Add a little white wine and salt to enhance the taste of the soup.
